Project description:

The client wanted a contemporary modern dwelling, the corner plot offers an opportunity to push the design limts and create a contrasting feature dwelling.

The road on which this property will be built features an eclectic mix of homes, so was a fantastic opportunity to push the boundaries. We worked closely with a planning consultant to develop a detailed statement to support this challenging application.

We have used a combination of 3D printing, VR and visuals to develop the design in collaboration with the client.

This has been an exciting project so far and we look forward to developing going forward into construction.
