Project description:

The initial brief from the client was for a contemporary family home, the design was developed with the client and using VR and 3D printing, we were able to explore the design. This allowed the client to immerse themselves in the design and gave them a better understanding of the spaces we were creating.

We worked closely with the client to discuss various methods of construction and the benefits of going beyond the minimum regulations for the fabric of the building. The client then chose to incorporate greater levels of insulation on the floor, walls, and roof, and to include solar panels.

During the design process, we worked closely with the client to push the planning boundaries gaining a fantastic approval for a design that the client were extremely happy with. Through construction we were in regular contact offering detailed support where required.
